Whenever you may have a warranty issue, email Customer Service at email@example.com. Be sure to include your contact information and the date you closed on your home. Customer Service will then contact you the next business day to schedule an appointment to resolve the issue.
It is important that all customer concerns be submitted through our customer service email to insure that we have adequate records on file.
