Bristol Reserve Begins Construction

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (January 31, 2023) – CC Homes, one of the nation’s leading privately-owned luxury single-family home builders, has broken ground and begun construction on the first of 35 estate homes at Bristol Reserve in Davie, Florida. Set behind a gated entrance, on the east side of Flamingo Road just north of Flamingo Gardens, this boutique community of sprawling half acre single-family home properties, priced from $1.6 million, is the latest development from a builder that is established as a mainstay for new construction homes in South Florida.
